1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Gheeify website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase products or use services.
2. Description of Service
Gheeify sells premium grass-fed A2 cow ghee, buffalo ghee, and flavored spice infusions crafted via the traditional curd-churning Bilona method. All prices are listed in USD and INR depending on region and are subject to change.
3. User Conduct & Accounts
When creating an account, you must provide accurate, active, and complete credentials. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Sharing or renting customer accounts is strictly prohibited.
4. Payment & Order Settlement
We accept payments via Razorpay (Cards, NetBanking, UPI) and Cash on Delivery (COD). Razorpay transactions are processed through secure external SDKs. Orders are processed only after payment verification settles. COD orders must be paid in physical cash upon carrier arrival at the doorstep.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our products are natural, organic food preparations. While ghee offers numerous Ayurvedic health benefits, our product descriptions are not a substitute for professional medical advice or diagnoses. Gheeify is not liable for allergic reactions due to undisclosed consumer dietary sensitivities.
